Invoices & Billing History

Your invoices live on the Billing tab. Each invoice row has in-app PDF and View buttons for direct access. Full billing management — editing payment details and complete history — is in the Stripe customer portal.

  1. Click Account in the sidebar.
  2. Open the Billing tab.
  3. Scroll to Billing History.

The Billing History table lists your invoices with these columns:

Column Description
Invoice The invoice reference
Date When the invoice was issued
Amount Total charged
Status Payment status
Actions Per-invoice actions

If you haven’t been billed yet, the table shows No invoices yet.

Each row in Billing History shows two action buttons:

  • PDF — downloads the invoice PDF directly (opens stripePdfUrl in a new tab).
  • View — opens the full Stripe-hosted invoice page.

For full billing management — updating payment details, billing address, or viewing your complete Stripe history — click Manage in Stripe above the Billing History table (or Manage Payments in the Payment Method section). This opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can:

  • See full line items, taxes, and the payment method used
  • Update your billing details
  • Manage your saved payment methods

Note: Emailed receipts and billing-detail edits are handled by Stripe. Invoice PDFs can be downloaded directly from Billing History or via the Stripe portal.

Your invoice reflects your per-display subscription plus any add-ons you’ve purchased:

Item Description
Per-display subscription Your monthly charge, based on display count and tier
AI credit packs One-time credit purchases from Equipment
Storage packs One-time storage purchases from Equipment
Hardware Player devices ordered from Equipment

Your Next Billing Date and an Estimated total are shown in the Current Plan section of the Billing tab.

Can’t download an invoice. Click PDF on the invoice row in Billing History to download directly. If that fails, open the Stripe portal via Manage in Stripe. Try a different browser or contact support if the issue persists.

An amount looks wrong. Open the invoice in the Stripe portal and review the line items, including any add-on or prorated charges. Contact support via Get Help if something still doesn’t add up.

Missing invoice. If Billing History shows nothing, you may not have been billed yet. Otherwise, check the Stripe portal for the full history.

When your storage quota is exceeded, a separate overage charge is generated. These invoices appear in Billing History tagged with a Storage Overage chip in the Status column. To jump directly to overage invoices, click View Overage History in the Storage Usage section — this scrolls the page to Billing History.
