Alerts Tab

The Alerts tab is available in BrandCast only. It lets you trigger emergency alerts that immediately override your displays when something urgent needs to be communicated.

Active Alerts

The Active Alerts section at the top shows the current alert status. When no alert is running, a green indicator reads “No active alerts.”

How Alerts Override Regular Content

When an alert is active, it immediately replaces whatever is playing on your displays. Regular content resumes automatically when the alert is dismissed or expires.

Quick Presets

Five color-coded preset alert types are available for common emergency scenarios:

• Fire (red) — Trigger fire evacuation alert to all displays
• Lockdown (red) — Trigger active threat lockdown alert
• Weather (orange) — Trigger severe weather alert
• Facility (blue) — Send facility maintenance notice
• All Clear (green) — Clear all alerts and resume normal operations

Each preset card shows an icon, name, and short description. Click a preset to activate it immediately.

Custom Alert

An expandable Custom Alert section lets you compose a custom message and trigger it manually — useful for store-specific announcements or any situation not covered by the standard presets.
