Supported Image Formats

Uploading Images

- Click Add and select Upload Files
- Select your image file (drag and drop or click to browse)
Step 2: Configure Settings

Scaling Options

Tip: Use Fit for safety (nothing cropped) or Fill for visual impact (full coverage).
Image Resolution

Important: Images smaller than your display resolution will appear blurry when scaled up.
Optimizing Images

- Compress to reduce file size (aim for under 1 MB)
- Choose format: JPEG for photos, PNG for graphics
- Check colors: RGB color space (not CMYK)

Best Practices

Note: Complex GIFs may impact performance on older devices. Consider video for complex animations.
SVG Graphics
Section titled “SVG Graphics”SVG files are resolution-independent and perfect for:
- Logos that scale to any size
- Icons and simple graphics
- Text-based designs
- Infographics
SVG Considerations

- Test appearance on actual displays
- Convert complex SVGs to PNG if issues occur
Bulk Image Upload

- Click Add > Upload Files
- Select multiple files — they process simultaneously
- Organize into collections after upload
Creating a Slideshow from Images

- Create a new Slideshow (Content Hub > Add New > Slideshow)
- Use Add Items to select your uploaded images
- Arrange order and set timing
Troubleshooting Images

- Verify file isn’t corrupted
- Reduce file size if very large
- Try a different browser
Image Looks Blurry

- Check scaling mode setting
- Ensure image matches display aspect ratio
- Don’t upscale small images
Colors Look Wrong
Section titled “Colors Look Wrong”- Convert from CMYK to RGB
- Check color profile
- View on actual display (monitors vary)
- Adjust display color settings if needed
Image Appears Stretched

- Change scaling mode to Fit
- Crop image to correct ratio
