Sports scores

Beta: Sports Scores is currently in beta. Features and availability may change.

The Sports Scores widget shows live game scores and updates from major sports leagues directly on your display. Great for sports bars, break rooms, retail stores, and anywhere your audience wants to follow the action without checking their phone.

  1. Go to Content in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add New and select the Sports category.
  3. Choose which leagues to show.
  4. Select a display mode.
  5. Click Create.

No account or login is required. Scores pull from live data sourced from ESPN and update automatically throughout the day.

Sports Scores covers four major North American leagues:

  • NFL — American football
  • NBA — Basketball
  • MLB — Baseball
  • NHL — Ice hockey

Scoreboard — Shows multiple games side by side with current scores and game status. Best for dedicated sports displays or when several games are happening at once.

Featured — Highlights live games and your favorite teams. Ideal for sports bars, restaurants, and break rooms where you want to call attention to specific matchups.

Leagues — Select which leagues to include. You can select multiple leagues; if no games are scheduled for a league, that league is skipped automatically.

Show Team Logos — Toggle team logos alongside scores on or off.

Favorite Teams — Enter team names (comma-separated) to highlight in Featured mode (e.g., “Patriots, Lakers, Yankees”).

  • Scores update every 30 seconds during active games. BrandCast keeps your display current without any manual action.
  • When no games are in progress, the display shows the most recent final scores or the next scheduled games — it never goes blank.
  • For bars or sports-focused displays, pair Sports Scores with a News content item that includes sports headlines to give customers both scores and context.

Scores are not showing. Check that at least one supported league is selected and that games are scheduled for today. If it’s the off-season for all selected leagues, the display will show a “No games today” message.

Scores seem delayed. Scores update every 30 seconds during active games, not instantly. A brief delay between a live play and the display updating is expected.
