Team Management
Team Management
Section titled “Team Management”Add team members to help manage your digital signage, and assign roles to control what each person can do. Your team lives on the Team tab of Account Settings — open Account in the sidebar, then select the Team tab.
Team Overview
Section titled “Team Overview”The Team (N) header shows your member count. Each member row shows:
- Member — avatar, name, and email
- Role — Owner, Manager, Viewer, or Brand Partner
- 2FA — whether two-factor authentication is enabled
- Last Active — when they last used the account
- Joined — the date they were added
Use the search box to find a member by name or email, and the Role dropdown to filter by role.
Adding Team Members
Section titled “Adding Team Members”By invitation
Section titled “By invitation”- Click Invite.
- Enter the Recipient Email (and optionally a name).
- Choose a Role and an Expires In window.
- Click Send Invite.
The new member receives an email invitation to join.
Directly
Section titled “Directly”- Click Add.
- Enter the Name, Email, and a Password.
- Choose a Role, optionally Assign to Store, and set the Marketing Communications preference.
- Click Create User.
Understanding Roles
Section titled “Understanding Roles”| Role | Access level |

| Owner | Full control of the account (account-level) |
| Manager | Manage content, displays, and schedules for assigned store(s) |
| Viewer | View-only access |
| Brand Partner | Limited, store-scoped brand collaborator access |
Managing Existing Members
Section titled “Managing Existing Members”Editing a member
Section titled “Editing a member”Click the pencil (Edit) icon on a member’s row to open the Edit Member dialog, where you can change their Name, Email, Role, and Marketing Communications preference. Click Update User to save.
Clicking the row itself opens Profile Settings, where you can change the member’s Full Name, Email Address, and optionally set a New Password.
Changing roles
Section titled “Changing roles”- Click the pencil (Edit) icon on the member’s row.
- Choose a new Role.
- Click Update User.
Role changes take effect immediately.
Removing a member
Section titled “Removing a member”- Click the trash (Remove) icon on the member’s row.
- If the member owns content, displays, or other resources, removal is blocked and a Cannot Delete User dialog explains that the dependencies must be resolved first.
- Reassign or remove those resources, then try again.
Warning: Removing a member is permanent and revokes their access immediately.
Best Practices

| Separation | Don’t make everyone an Owner |
Access control
Section titled “Access control”- Remove access promptly when people leave.
- Use the Role filter to audit who has which role.
- Keep at least one Owner on the account at all times.
Onboarding
Section titled “Onboarding”For new team members:
- Invite (or add) them with an appropriate role.
- Provide initial training.
- Share relevant documentation.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Invitation not received
Section titled “Invitation not received”- Check the spam/junk folder.
- Verify the email address is correct.
- Resend the invitation.
- Try a different email address.
Can’t remove a member
Section titled “Can’t remove a member”- Removal is blocked while the member owns content, displays, or other resources.
- Reassign or delete those resources first, then remove the member.
Member can’t access content
Section titled “Member can’t access content”- Verify their role is high enough for what they’re trying to do.
- Confirm their account shows as active in the Team list.
