Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Access denied” or “Permission required.” Verify you have access to the file in Google directly. Try opening it in a browser — if Google blocks you there, it will block BrandCast too. Re-authorize the connection if needed.
Connection expired. Google connections require periodic re-authorization. If the status shows “Needs Re-authorization,” go to Account → Integrations, click Reconnect next to Google Workspace, and sign in again.
Content not found. Check that the file still exists in Google and hasn’t been moved to the Trash. Confirm you’re browsing the correct connected account.
Sync not updating. Check the connection status in Account → Integrations. Use the manual refresh option in the content item’s settings. If the problem persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account.
Organization blocked the connection. If your IT policy blocks third-party app access, ask your IT administrator to approve BrandCast in your Google Workspace admin console.
Disconnecting Google

- Navigate to Account → Integrations.
- Find Google Workspace.
