Add-ons & Equipment
Add-ons let you extend your account beyond what your displays include — buy more AI credits, add storage, or order player hardware. Everything is purchased from the Equipment storefront, which is shared across BrandCast’s creative and billing pages.
Opening the storefront
Section titled “Opening the storefront”You can reach the storefront three ways:
- Click Equipment in the sidebar.
- On Account > Billing, click Buy Credits (opens the Purchase Credits dialog) or Purchase Storage (opens the Storage tab).
The storefront is titled Equipment (“Purchase hardware for your displays”), with the section header Hardware & Add-ons. It has three tabs:

Credits are spent on AI generation — image generation, video generation, and image transformation. Current credit costs appear on the Billing tab under AI Credits. Credits expire 12 months after they’re granted.
Hardware

The BrandCast Player is the sole hardware option — a compact 4K HDMI player that connects to any TV and runs content 12–18 hours a day. Pair in 60 seconds and manage everything remotely.
Storage

Purchasing
Section titled “Purchasing”- On the tab you want, click Add to Cart on each item. The Cart button shows a running item count.
- Click Cart to review your order. The cart lists each item, quantity, and a running Total.
- Click Continue Shopping to keep browsing, or Checkout to pay.
- Checkout is processed through Stripe.
Viewing what you’ve purchased
Section titled “Viewing what you’ve purchased”Active balances appear on Account > Billing:
- AI Credits — your current credit balance and what’s enabled (image/video generation).
- Storage Usage — used space against your total quota, including any storage packs you’ve added.
Player hardware you’ve ordered ships to you and is paired like any other display.
- Add-on purchases are separate from your per-display subscription. Buying credits, storage, or hardware doesn’t change your plan tier.
- Storage packs add to your base quota permanently — there’s no separate “active add-ons” list to manage.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”My credits or storage didn’t update after checkout. Refresh the page and re-check Account > Billing. Stripe confirmation can take a moment to propagate. If the balance still hasn’t changed after a few minutes, contact support via Get Help in the top-right menu.
The /admin/addons link doesn’t open anything.
There’s no standalone add-ons page — add-ons live in the Equipment storefront. Use the Equipment sidebar item, or Buy Credits / Purchase Storage on the Billing tab.
