RSS Feeds
Section titled “RSS Feeds”BrandCast displays RSS feeds as part of the News content type. There is no separate standalone RSS content type in the content picker — all RSS feeds, both pre-curated and custom, are managed through the News category.
How to add a custom RSS feed
Section titled “How to add a custom RSS feed”- Go to Content in the sidebar.
- Click Add New and select the News category.
- In the Sources step, choose Custom RSS.
- Paste your RSS feed URL.
- Complete the wizard to configure display settings and create the content source.
The resulting content item appears in the Hub tab under the NEWS FEED filter.
Finding RSS feed URLs
Section titled “Finding RSS feed URLs”Common ways to find a feed URL:
- Look for the RSS icon on the website.
- Try adding
/rssor/feedto the website’s URL. - Search “[site name] RSS feed”.
- Check the website’s footer or “Subscribe” page.
Pre-curated sources
Section titled “Pre-curated sources”If you don’t have a specific feed URL, you don’t need one. The News category includes dozens of ready-made sources — CNN, BBC, NPR, ESPN, TechCrunch, Reuters, AP, and more — as well as curated topic feeds (Tech, US, World, Sports, Business, Entertainment, Science, Lifestyle). Select any of these in the Sources step without needing a URL.
Note: RSS feed URLs can change. If a custom feed stops working, verify the URL is still valid by opening it in a browser.

- Press mention tracking feeds
- Local news outlets not covered by curated sources
