User Management
User Management
Section titled “User Management”Team members live on the Team tab of Account Settings. Open it from Account in the sidebar and select the Team tab (the Profile, Security, Notifications, Billing, Team, and Advanced tabs run across the top). From here you can invite people, add them directly, change roles, and remove members who no longer need access.
The Team List
Section titled “The Team List”The tab header reads Team (N), where N is your current member count. Each member appears as a row with:
- Member — avatar, name, and email
- Role — Owner, Manager, Viewer, or Brand Partner
- 2FA — whether the member has two-factor authentication enabled
- Last Active — when they last used the account (or Never / Just now)
- Joined — the date they were added
Use the search box (“Search team members by name or email”) to filter the list, and the Role dropdown to narrow to a single role (All Roles, Owner, Manager, Viewer, or Brand Partner). The Member, Role, Last Active, and Joined columns are sortable — click a column header to sort.
Inviting a Member
Section titled “Inviting a Member”An invitation lets the recipient set their own password and join the account.
- Click Invite in the toolbar.
- In the Send User Invite dialog, enter the Recipient Email.
- Optionally enter a Recipient Name (they can set this themselves later).
- Choose a Role (defaults to Store Viewer).
- Set Expires In — 1, 3, 7 (default), 14, or 30 days.
- Click Send Invite.
The recipient receives an email invitation to join the account.
Adding a Member Directly
Section titled “Adding a Member Directly”If you are setting up access for someone and will hand them their credentials yourself:
- Click Add in the toolbar.
- In the Add Member dialog, enter the Name, Email, and a Password.
- Choose a Role (defaults to Store Viewer).
- Optionally choose a store under Assign to Store.
- Set the Marketing Communications preference.
- Click Create User.
The member can sign in immediately with the password you set.
Editing a Member
Section titled “Editing a Member”Click the pencil (Edit) icon at the end of a member’s row to open the Edit Member dialog, where you can update their Name, Email, Role, and Marketing Communications preference, then click Update User.
Clicking the row itself opens Profile Settings, where you can edit the member’s Full Name, Email Address, and optionally set a New Password, then Save Changes.
Changes take effect immediately.
Removing a Member
Section titled “Removing a Member”Click the trash (Remove) icon at the end of a member’s row.
If the member still owns content, displays, or other resources, removal is blocked — a Cannot Delete User dialog explains that the member “has ownership or dependencies that must be resolved first.” Reassign or clean up those resources, then try again.
Warning: Removing a member is permanent and immediately revokes their access.
