Slides play in order and loop back to the beginning automatically.

BrandCast automatically scales your presentation to fill the display zone regardless of the original slide dimensions. Portrait and landscape slides both fit cleanly — you don’t need to resize your presentation to match the display.

Changes made in Google Slides sync to your display automatically. Updates typically appear within 5–15 minutes. For an immediate refresh, open the content item and click Refresh Now.

A few adjustments make a big difference when slides are viewed from across a room:

  • Use a minimum font size of 24pt — larger is better
  • Keep text minimal: 7 words or fewer per slide works well
  • Use high-contrast colors (dark text on light background, or reverse)
  • Keep important content away from the edges of the slide

Product showcases, promotional announcements, company news, training materials, event schedules, and sales dashboards all work well as presentations on store and office displays.

Anyone with edit access to the presentation can make changes that appear on your displays. Marketing can update promotions, managers can post announcements, and team members can add content — all without needing BrandCast access.

Slides aren’t appearing. Check that your Google account is connected in the Documents tab (Content Hub). Verify the presentation isn’t in the trash and that it’s accessible to the connected account.

Changes aren’t syncing. Wait up to 15 minutes for the automatic sync. Use Refresh Now for an immediate update. If syncing still seems broken, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account.

Display quality looks blurry. This usually happens when slides contain low-resolution images. Use high-resolution images in your presentation, and avoid stretching small images to fill large areas.

Authentication error. Re-authorize your Google account by using the Connect Google button in the Documents tab (Content Hub). This is usually needed after a password change or security update.
