Design Creation Wizard

The Design Creation Wizard walks you through building a new design in a few simple steps. Open it by clicking New Design from the Designs page or the Content Hub.

Step 1: Zone Selection (BrandCast Only)

Choose the zone where this layout will be used. Zones define the purpose and placement of a display within your store:

• Welcome — Entrance and greeting areas
• Discovery — Product exploration zones
• Spotlight — Feature or promotional displays
• Engage — Interactive or dwell areas
• Internal — Back-of-house staff displays

Step 2: Orientation

Select Landscape (horizontal) or Portrait (vertical) to match the physical orientation of your screen.

Step 3: Template Selection

Browse templates filtered to match your chosen zone and orientation. Each template shows a wireframe preview of its areas. Choose a template as a starting point — you can adjust everything in the editor afterward.

Tip: Templates are starting points, not constraints. Every area, size, and content assignment can be changed once you open the editor.

Step 4: Review and Name

Give your design a name, an optional description, and any tags you want to use for organization. Review your selections before continuing.

Step 5: Completion

Your design is created. Choose Open Editor to start assigning content right away, or Finished to return to the Designs page and edit it later.
